Tom Huggins grew up in Parkersburg West Virginia and attended West Virginia University and graduated with a degree in marketing and accounting. For the past 15 years, Tom worked with Chuck Huggins Painting, Inc.of Naples, Florida. A Painting and Decorating company providing a complete line of services including; wallpaper removal and installation, crown molding and misc. trim work, specialty and faux finishes, furniture refinishing and hand painting, as well as, home remodeling and design. Tom pays close attention to preparation and detail. He enjoys his work staying directly involved with each project from start to finish to assure his clients of the highest standard of quality..
